Bathroom drainage issue after shower!!! Telephone not working in second room!!! Maintenance clearly needs an improvement to ensure a comfortable stay for guests!!!

I recently spent a night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Doha and had a pleasant stay. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to friendly staff who greeted me with a complimentary cookie. My King Room was spacious and had a lovely view, providing ample storage and a smart TV for entertainment. The bathroom was roomy too, with full-sized toiletries that showed attention to detail. Breakfast featured various delicious options and the staff were more than accommodating. I did face a hiccup with my room door. it didn't work properly and took some time to fix, but they promptly addressed it. The location worked out well for me, being centrally located with nearby attractions. Everything else made for a comfortable stay, just a little maintenance would enhance it further.

During my two-night stay, I was blown away by the fine views of the skyline and the sea from my King Room with Sea View & Skyline View. Breakfast at L2 restaurant was a feast for the senses, with so many delicious options to choose from! Especially Khalid and the kitchen team, went above and beyond to, sharing tips on local attractions.

The staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and professionalism, particularly in the business center, where they efficiently assisted in setting up my presentation. Additionally, the proximity to main tourist attractions made it convenient during my stay.

I loved my stay with a spacious room and an excellent view of both the city and sea. The hotel is just a short walk away from the Museum of Islamic Art and the beautiful MIA Park, perfect for weekend strolls by the waterfront.
